Job description
Ahad Holdings, a leading real estate Developer is looking to hire a new Sales & Leasing Associate to join its team. As the Sales and Leasing Associate, you will report to the Managing Director to develop and implement the sales, leasing, and marketing strategies of the organization.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that maximum amount of development units are achieving the annual budget. You will also ensure that new developments are sold and leased efficiently. You will maintain key relationships through tenant interaction, visiting agencies and brokers at their head offices, and marketing and promoting for the developments through efficient and effective marketing mediums. The most important element of this role is to show consistency in financial security and longevity of each development through monthly performance targets. You will finalize deals with regards to negotiations of sales, and lease agreements and assist the Director to ensure overall success of the client’s strategies and plans.
About you
The successful candidate should hold a BA Degree and have at least 5 years’ experience in residential sales, leasing, or property management in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Proven performance track record, in-depth local market real estate market know how, strong relationships base with 3rd party agencies, and a black book of potential investors is a must. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in leadership, development and management of staff.
